Simply open the email and click the link to instantly access and download to your device.

What is your Returns & Cancellation policy
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty items.
Personalised products and certain made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with your statutory rights.

Physical Products:
All AZIYIA physical products are made to order especially for you.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 3–5 business days after production
Europe: 5–10 business days after production
USA: 5–10 business days after production
Rest of World: 7–15 business days after production
Most UK customers receive their order within 5–10 business days of placing their order.
