This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from AZIYIA, a trading name of DKEM Limited (Company Number: 16056598), registered at 11 Brecknock Road, London, N7 0BL.

We are committed to fairness and transparency in how we handle refunds and cancellations.

Digital Products

All current products sold on our website are digital downloads, including journals, guided audio experiences and personal development resources.

Immediate Access & Waiver of Cancellation Rights

When purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after purchase; and

  • You expressly consent to receiving the digital content immediately; and

  • You acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download or streaming access has begun.

As a result, digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Faulty or Defective Digital Content

If your digital product is:

  • Corrupted

  • Incomplete

  • Fails to download

  • Not as described

Please contact us at hi@aziyia.com within 14 days of purchase.

We will:

  • Provide a replacement file, OR

  • Repair the issue, OR

  • Offer a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, please contact us within 7 days and we will review and issue a refund where appropriate.

Future Physical or Print-on-Demand Products

If we expand to offer physical or print-on-demand products in the future, the following will apply:

You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided:

  • The item is unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
